Exhibition
An Industrial Exhibition may be situated at the foyer of the Estoril Congress Centre and will allow the participants to get acquainted with the most recent developments of the Industry.
The exhibition will take place only with a minimum
of six exhibiting companies
The purpose of the Exhibition is to complement the programme sessions by providing opportunities for display and promoting of devices that could be useful in the tomato processing area.
The Coffee Breaks between sessions will be served in the Exhibition Hall which will contribute for an even greater attendance to the exhibition
Space assignment
We sell space only. Special demands for furniture booth construction, carpets and electricity will be arranged on request. The Exhibit space is reserved on a first come first served basis and the minimum space you should require is 9 m2. An Exhibitor’s brochure with schedule details, rules and services available will be issued in due time. For each 9 m2 Booth you will be entitled to one free Participant’s Registration.

Every other Exhibition staff should be registered as an Exhibitor. The Participant’s Registration entitles you to access the scientific sessions; coffee breaks and The President’s Reception as well as the Poster Area; listing as an exhibitor in Final Programme, Exhibitors Manual.
